I just went straight to delete account
That was 10 years ago, nothing bad happened and I feel great.
One of the best decisions I ever made
Be aware that when you change the setting to minimise privacy invasion, they will change the settings over time and default you to data acquisition, again. So it’s not set and forget if you soft quit.
This looks like it should be in doctors offices
This makes quitting Facebook look difficult and complicated
There’s one step.
Stop using it.This should just be the second point of hard quitting
I’ve only soft quit, but don’t check, because I can almost guarantee there’s gonna be some yahoo where Iive that’s gonna need me to have an account in the future for when I end up in the job hunting rat race. That would be my luck. That, or they refuse to communicate on anything other than email or fb messenger.
I was off Facebook for 10 years until I moved to a new city. I was forced back to join community groups and use marketplace because that’s what people use here 😓
