Security researchers say Meta and Yandex used native Android apps to listen on localhost ports, allowing them to link web browsing data to user identities and bypass typical privacy protections.
This sort of shit is why i dont allow most apps on my device.
Unless it’s doing something that requires hardware level access there is NO REASON for them to need an app rather than a functional website.
