Long story short, my son plays Minecraft on the iPad and used some gold coins to purchase an add-on (“TNT!”) from the marketplace. Unlike other addons that work fine, this one gives a “Download Failed” error message every time he tries to install it. I can not, for the life of me, figure out where a support option is for Mojang to help resolve the issue or refund the coins. Does anyone here have any suggestions?

    If you’re unable to contact them, contact your credit card company about it. They may be able to refund your money and get their money back from Mojang.

      This is a last resort, and will almost certainly get the Microsoft account used for the purchase banned.
