XDG_SESSION_THEME=KDE got my hyprland config to work on everything except the cursor (other than in Firefox/steam for some reason). Took me way too long to find the old reddit post that had this tip, so I hope it helps!

I would look at OpenSUSE and try whichever flavor meets your needs. It’s more niche than Ubuntu but on vanilla installation is easily as user-friendly. The only downside is that if you start messing with stuff, tutorials are not written with SUSE/zypper in mind as often.
I’ve been running Tumbleweed with Nvidia drivers for about 6 months and have had basically no issues. Switch between X11Plasma/KDE when I just need something direct, and Wayland/Hyprland when I want to mess about and I’ve not had to blow everything away yet.
That’s fair, there is more info and suffering font sizes. I usually minimize the disk use window myself.
Have you looked at btop by chance? More visually appealing to me, but still in terminal.
Not even gonna name drop… 😥
Head of the site: KDE is a Desktop. Right below that it has section displays for Launcher, Notification Tray, etc. Willfull ignorance is the fault of the user, not the site.
Why limit it? If you’re actively making money, or you are a licensed business attempting to do so, people actively helping you build business deserve to be compensated. If a developer just happened to live in your area and said “I could make your business better by making this thing for you,” would they be worth hiring? What’s the saying, socialize the resources, privatize the profits? Size << Intent
I mean this is already a thing to certain degrees right? Virtualization platforms I use both are free for personal use, but not business use, or at least certain feature package use isn’t permitted. What’s the difference? Putting the software under a different license/eula?
They are usually responsible for planning, generating, and running regular project team meetings. So they get people together but sometimes have done no work since the last meeting they held, so when someone has a reasonable issue that doesn’t meet with the pre done schedule 5 years ago when the project was first instigated, they have super Pikachu face and get mad at the actual doers because they don’t get to just report “on schedule” to their bosses. They could be called the landlords ofthe project based on the sentiment of the greater Lemmy community.
Yeah, trying a Snapper restore since I’m out of things I know to look at, but that appears to be the next step. Thanks for the info on the Nvidia settings, is that in some config file?
I have really been struggling to get proton to work in OpenSUSE, despite ProtonDB having only positive experience with the games I’ve attenpted. Running Tumbleweed X11 KDE with an 30 series Nvidia GPU. And in trying to fix them I seem to have broken my display drivers altogether. Plenty of system restarts, but all this happened without going into windows for a month. And that’s why I dual boot 😢
Watering down the remaining 7-in-1 shower product because they can’t afford to replenish supplies because the price of everything is too damn high.
Definitely Dewey Decimal System
Also, we had a box that would let you use channels 3 OR 4, but 4 either didn’t work as well or had a more useful content on it (i.e, the local FOX network).
Clock app, make a 30 minute timer, reset when it goes off. Why do you need a whole app for that?
Yo where can I get that split keyboard and is it QMK?
Ah, thanks for the explanation. I too misunderstood the inflection.
“a man” my ass!!
