So is your solution to have Valve hire more people and be less profitable? That would justify their fees? Or are you mad that the best market place with the most features is beating the pants off the last second cash grab platform that is just an extension of Ten Cent and the giant money pits sucking up actual developers?
You talk like a shill. Valve doesn’t need to charge less for the services they provide. They know what they have, which they have earned through good will and listening to feedback. Epic has nothing but money to pay people to shit talk Steam.
And still paying for the appointments that were missed
Once on the ground, insects are mercilessly crushed by the stochastic pounding of water with as much mass as them.
They are the same - the care bears are how they saw themselves while we see them as ewoks.
Ok, so who’s that on the left?
What kind of cancer will those seeds grow into?
Damn the post calls people old and they need to see a doctor for butt stuff. And this response is to horrify and amaze.
Fuck yeah. Gonna raise some blood pressure with it today!
“Game over man!” makes Bill Paxton as memorable.
People call “millennials” young because they are old but too proud to say “teenagers”.
Plus the generational infighting is what the ruling class will use to replace or supplement the culture war.
I wanted to be a nerd but I can’t even geek. I’m more of a dork.
Looks right up my alley. Thanks for the recommendation!
Flock is an underplayed cozy game with no combat. You are a bird and you find other birds, sometimes not birds, to join your flock and fly around. It’s completely chill and enjoys a really soft color palette (pink for sure but also purples, pale orange skies, blues, etc.)
Things have changed. Before, the worst Facebook could do to its critics was ban them and those that they knew. Now Facebook can have ICE turnover your house without a warrant for a troll post. A private company is now working to suppress a specific kind of conversation that questions the judgement and actions of those in power. It’s a subtle but very dangerous difference in why a bad EULA may not have previously caused concern but the new one is.
The cruel and helpful birds from Flow!
We had an old foster who stuck with us and eventually Louise became ours. We had her for 2 years before her kidneys quit on her. With her appointment for the next day, we ran to every pet store we could and asked for the best treats they had. One store asked what we meant by best and we said “most unhealthy, best tasting dog junk food we can get.”
They had immediate suspicions, “What do you mean unhealthy?”
“Our dog is going to be put down tomorrow and we want to give her the best going away feast she can handle.”
The lady understood and ran to the back and returned with two more people. They knew the assignment. The five of us combed the entire store for bacon and steak and stuffed treats the likes of which Louise had never seen. She went out full and as happy as she could be.
Those end of life meals make a big difference to everyone involved. It’s celebrating their life.
An annoying thing which has been identified by 2 of the biggest corporations around? For all we know it’s changing the “wet floor” signs to be more noticeable.
Bait is always less interesting than it advertises.
