If you aren’t on an SSRI, i can’t recommend seeking a doctor that will prescribe you one, I had to quit smoking myself because I had a panic attack that sent me to the ER before I was medicated, qnd havent started back since cause the antidepressant works so well. Really hope you can get your shit sussed out, i was spiraling just as hard if not harder than you before I decided to seek medical help for my mental issues. You dont need to completely disconnect from the internet and news like everyone is saying, just get your mental health to a level where you can deal with how heavy shit is getting lately.
