It’s just an innocent bug that happens every update!
It’s just an innocent bug that happens every update!
Thanks for the explanation. Your idea seems well thought out, my comment is out of place since I read Starfield as the name of the game.
I actually only have a complete and fundamental misunderstanding of the game, since I read Starfield.
It was originally meant as a joke.
I can’t wait for my entire GPU to be used so I can’t steal money in a single player game.
All I’m seeing is if you’re in the northern half of Norway, stay away from water and you won’t die.
The amount is incredibly vaste. If we go by quantity no one here is getting a dime, and if we go by quality…it’s probably the same. Not to mention the logistics of getting everyone their penny or two.
And the data right now belongs to everyone. For example, Reddit technically ‘owns’ it’s content, but anyone can use it for ml purposes.
It’s why a lot of these campaigns about data ownership are being pushed. If the gov passes laws, it won’t be to the benefit of the individual but the data aggregators like Reddit, Shutterstock, etc.
They are playing on emotions and manipulating people into thinking killing AI FOSS and erecting data barriers is in their interest.
Imagine if that’s the moment they try to rob you, how do you explain that to your boss.
I’d say they are meant for dumb dishonest people (and most dishonest people happen to be dumb luckily). Honest people don’t need a lock to keep them out of property that isn’t theirs.
This is manipulation to sell more copies and nothing more.
In any case, AI voices are empowering to the Indie scene. Fully voiced games used to be exclusive to triple A gaming, indie gevs just simply can’t afford it.
I feel for the voice actors just like I feel for the translators that all had to change domaine ten years ago, but progress is progress and it’s dumb to stifle innovation to save a few jobs.
Ya it’s a fine line I guess but any kind of gore goes directly into the “can be removed” category in my opinion. I fully understand if some mods want to keep the link up and some mods don’t and I won’t be judging either camp.
I’m just commenting on the fact that you specifically don’t really have a right to complain but that being said, the other posts that were deleted probably didn’t have gore in them.
I agree with the sentiment of your post and I won’t comment on the other posts that were banned but your image turns into hardcore gore half way through. Like hanged burned bodies and people leaking their brains.
Maybe it was removed for the wrong reason but it’s not as innocent as you make it seem.
Well now you can pull one out whenever it starts getting yellow and regrow it. It won’t take many for him to start brushing.
If it’s about having your blog serve as AI training, it doesn’t really matter where you host it, it’s going to get scrapped and included in the data.
Not only that but it actually brings up the value of their dataset. It makes theirs unique compared to the dataset you can build by scrapping for free. Every deleted comment literally adds worth to what they are selling.
The picture is a bit misleading, they are super tiny! Very cool thought.
I think you need to make a special request to get that level of deletion that comes with gdpr. I’m not certain, I just remember other users specifically talking about how you need to send them an email so they have to comply.
I also wouldn’t be surprised if their dataset is mostly stripped of user names to get around GDPR though I’m no expert.
All that to say I’d be very very surprised if they deleted comments in their dataset.
Very valid point of devaluating the user experience thought, especially when you take into account google searches. I’m sure they have already fallen off compared to a year ago where reddit would pop up half the time no matter what you searched.
Each time this pops up, there is a rush of people saying to delete or edit your comments.
They have a database of your comments and all your edits. Its easy to see when you mass delete or edit them. Anything done past a certain point in time, especially all at once, is automatically reverted.
By deleting and editing, you are taking the data away from scrappers making the dataset they are selling actually unique and more valuable.
Its the equivalent of putting his hands on his ears and screaming childish babbling to drown you out.
