This is assuming that they would know and understand the code. Also, that nothing is encrypted but I guess encryption can be broken.
Not every job has an HR department. And it’s my understanding that HR is primarily to benefit the company. I’ve never worked for a company with an HR department so take that for what it’s worth.

I believe welding arcs are pretty much the same thing as the sun. It definitely puts off UV light and the welding glass will block it. Welding glass is perfectly safe.
