Aus Erfahrung scheitern solche Projekte meistens, weil es an den Schulungen gespart wird und geglaubt wird, dass es eine 1:1 Kopie ist. Dann hat man zudem wenig Geduld für das Eingewöhnen und kehrt wieder zum alten zurück. 🤷‍♂️
