Yes. Rich people make bigger gains when the economy crashes. They can buy up assets for cheap. Look at all those ‘record breaking profits’ made during COVID.

Ikr. That’s my favorite type of chocolate.
I heard it would be better for our health to compost the wealthy and eat the crops that grow.
So I’m supposed to keep screwing for a few rotations after they get flush with the wall?
I’ve put up a couple anchors the wrong way then. Most of the time there is some movement after becoming flush but not always.
You guys are making the wrong friends. I have…okay 1 maybe 2 friends that I can make plans with and we can bail on each other with no issues.
I love hanging out with them, but I also love hanging out at home with my cats and sometimes I need to cancel when I’m not feeling it. 1 friend in particular usually is happy with it and sometimes cancels on me before I get to do it. We do hang out on occasion, but fuck we love cancelling plans. It feels so good to realize now you don’t have shit to do today and you can just relax.
You can try to get tased and see if that scratches your itch. Most people that I’ve talked to that have been tased and been pepper spray say they would rather get pepper sprayed again. They really hated the shock. I know lighting would be way more power than a taser but it’s something…
Just like how people might be familiar with ‘quiet quitting’ from the news, but ‘act your wage’ didn’t pick up as much publicity.
I guess that saying I hear from boomers is true, “Weak men make hard times.” They never seem to realize they are the weak men in charge that are making the hard times.
I listen to some conversation podcasts and Spanish songs with the lyrics so I can read along and look up words/phrases that I need to. I think immersion is better for picking up algunos palabras para conversacion.
I meant Language Transfer. It just shows as “Language T…” on my app so I guessed. 😆
Thanks for the correction.
Same here. I learned un poco en escuela, but didn’t pick up that much. I recently started trying Language Think Transfer. It’s kind of fast paced, but it goes over a lot of language concepts to help you translate outside of the classroom. It follows a teacher and student learning and the one I’m doing is 90 lessons. I got to take notes and everything.
I tell anyone I can that you can check out ebooks now from libraries. After you register online, you just download an app, sign in, and get to reading. Hoopla and Libby are 2 that I use, but I’m sure there are more.
15 people probably listen to it live and then the rest look it up on mixcloud.
Man, nature is brutal. I knew about the corkscrew thing, but I didn’t know it was longer than their body at the start of mating season and regrows every year.
Don’t worry they make waivers for everything.
It was a Tuesday.
How should the choice be made which one to use?
Use tolerance as a social contract instead of a default “everyone is tolerated” type. If you don’t tolerate someone else in society then you are no longer tolerated. Seems simple to me.
Now you might say, but the people that want to be called a certain pronoun aren’t tolerating the hatred of another group that wants to address them “however they see fit”. Well that 2nd group isn’t tolerating the first group. The first group was just living and the second group started the intolerance. Also, if you use hatred to justify why you should be tolerated then you lost the fight.
Hope that clears it up for you.
I think if there are chives garnished on it then it looks fancy.
It reminds me of that whale fashion trend with salmon on their head.
