No, you do not get it.
71+ Million. Yes, 71+ million Americans, decided the country’s fate last year. You are not going to skew this into a whole “blame the billionaires” spin.
Blaming the billionaires and rich yadda yadda even has its stretch. There are countless pieces of evidence that directly say that - yes - it is the people’s fault. It is the American’s fault. You wouldn’t know that because it sounds like you don’t live here and just know.
Trump did everything and I mean everything, to make him look and sound as unappealing as a candidate and retainer for presidency as possible. The guy is a fucking murderer of negligence to over 350,000k Americans during a pandemic. And STILL - Americans willingly picked him.
The sad thing is that it takes tragedies to unite a country.
When 9/11 happened, the country was united for once. Nothing mattered, two planes just destroyed 3,000 lives for everyone to see and feel. Granted, the aftermath of the matter could’ve totally been handled better in all angles. But for a while, it really felt great to feel united.
But it has been 24 years since and even that has worn off.
I find how they try to make you feel like a winner every visit there as laughably bad. Always hitting the right spaces on the spin the wheel? Always getting sales? Always this and that with Temu. Okay then…
I wouldn’t ever buy anything big from Temu at any cost. They’re great for stickers, enamel pins and just general, casual level items. If you’re willing to wait however long it takes to get them to you, obviously from where they’re sourced.
Probably Metron, from the New Gods in DC Comics. Just, being able to know everything and anything with a thirst of knowledge. I’d be able to solve all of the unsolved mysteries in seconds, I’d be able to foresee so much ahead to determine what the right choices to make are. I’d be a supreme advisor and uncontested in the wars of strategy. Plus I’d get all the abilities of a god too on top of it so add that.
The whole “we’re a family” motto. I never understood why this is a thing and why it should be a thing. There is no job that I’ve ever been comfortable getting that attached to.
Dude, you’ve said the same exact thing 3 times.
Why’d they think shoving that awful Battletoads remake was a good idea?
Killing Floor 2 killed what interest I had in the Killing Floor series. They deliberately made it so with KF2, it took a while for the game to launch unless you’re on an SSD. However, I have an SSD and KF2 didn’t even launch faster when I installed it on that SSD.
Then they went from there to gouge out KF2 to turn it into an MTX game. Then about after hours and hours, maxxing everything, I grew tired of the game. Not to mention how stupidly big the game is to install, it was practical bloat.
So I have no hopes whatsoever that this will be even ‘better’.
Yeah because that has gone well for ‘Terraria 2’ that the devs of that game wanted to try doing.
When you pour in so much content into the first game and do so for years, you’re already draining what could have been or would have been a sequel game.
So there’s really no point in doing a ‘2’ of either.
Games today: “Om nom, I take 16GB, om nom…”
Looking to be the modern day Gizmondo.
No.
I’d want to see a mainline Pokemon game that actually meets in the middle between experienced players and newcomers. An entry that isn’t seemingly too convoluted or stupid simple to approach, not to mention try to be interesting as a story. But I think GameFreak has long passed that point of making it interesting. Like where can you go with the story and lore after you had a generation that presented pokemon that controlled time, space, distortion while introducing what is essentially a pokemon ‘god’? You really cannot go far above and beyond that.

If it needs an app or internet connectivity - it can go fuck itself.
We’ve gone nearly a century of appliances that didn’t need this shit. Apps or the Internet itself will not and never will, make things easier to do tasks than they already were easier to do before.
Technology Connections has shown me that air fryers are just a glorified toaster oven. They don’t do really anything better, so just stick to a toaster oven.
It’s way too small, even smaller than Lemmy, to really bother.
Here’s my problem with Reddit-alternatives - they only focus on a handful of communities. You’ll have your politics, your gaming, your technology, your news .etc
But where the hell are all of the fun ones? Reddit had micro-communities in spades, that’s what it is known for. If the alternatives aren’t trying then they aren’t trying hard enough.
If you ignore the social stigma about them about how many ways people inject their social philosophies and other mind junk into the fabric of the films. As well as not look to into things, then it’s just as Star Wars as they come except Disney-fied.
You jump to conclusions, just like the idiot that you really are. What a life you must live. Living by such a black and white narrative. “Durrhhhh…I’m incapable of thinking outside of the box, hue hue” Fucking idiot.
