Staying positive! In more than one way
Staying positive! In more than one way
Thanks for the explanation :D I remember some of the things I found out before and now it finally makes more sense. I saw some of the names you mentioned but it never clicked for me that it’s (in-universe) multiple people’s writings that make up the book. It definitely sounds interesting, and I’m fearing and looking forward to how cringe-worthy the characters can get.
Are you able to give a short summary what it’s about? I’ve had a few people saying it’s fantastic and very special to them but I didn’t really get much of an answer why. And trying to find anything on the internet hasn’t been successful to the point where I get what’s so appealing about it.
I could of course just try reading it for myself but it’s currently in a backlog along with quite a few other books :P
Past what exactly? Automatic removal of posts?
Ok so this is just a bot account. Great…
From what I’ve seen in the other post links, it just reads like one answer of an AI companion that has nothing to do with the community. Am I missing something here?
Getting an empty list in such a short time, an amazing technique!
In the article it says that that’s a one-time verification address. Though that leaves the question if/how long it’s stored
Another thing that adds to the fun: the meaning of words to different people.
A more extreme example is a story I vaguely remember where one person thought of “it tastes good” as somewhat negative, while the other actually meant “really good”/quite positive. Or something along those lines
Telling someone that their thought process is flawed/immature is not the same as being triggered. The amount of text contained in your answer is usually associated with “being triggered” though (at least in my experience)
Then again, depending on what exactly one means with “triggered”, you could say that you’ve “been triggered” (like activating some mechanism or something) to write a long response :D
(Not trying to join any side of the original discussion, just sharing what’s on my mind ^^)
I think open signups allow people to create an account without verification like email. I’m not sure about captchas, those might also count as a kind of verification.
I’m assuming that getting books banned from libraries requires them to be there in the first place (in most cases at least), so any arguments using examples age rating issues should rather focus on why those books got into a school library in the first place.
Surely the ones responsible don’t just blindly choose some books to fill the library without at least making sure they’re not as wildly inappropriate as some people like to say.
Either way, it’ll be shortly before the end. You can’t lose this one :D
Same for myself, knowing that I’d do that was one of the reasons I even thought to write that :D
Thanks, I think this was removed some time ago from what U remember reading. I’ll have to check that again though.
(I should really check my accounts inbox more often ^^')
In terms of what time they go to bed? I might be missing something here but what I meant was that they’d just go to bed since school doesn’t start that early, so they’d lack sleep again anyways.
Students if school started at a later time: “That means later bed-time :D”
Wrong post? The tea-post is upstairs
How does the UI size work out for you? I recently took a look at it on a windows pc and the tiny size of most things is the one problem I have with it. Then again, I read something about being able to scale different programs individually somewhere (not for windows though)
It’s of course because these creatures came from crypto currencies. They just took a while to mature to a point where people started witnessing them
