I actually liked Stadia minus the way they wanted you to purchase games. But the tech was good and had almost no lag for me.
Sakurai is the goat.
It is good to send new users to something like Gnome they can branch out. I think Cosmic will be a great fit as well. Outside of updates, you don’t have to do too much in the CLI really. But long as you learn some of the basics how to get around and maybe make an alias. I think that will get you by just fine on Linux. I do think people should get users to try less Windows like experiences on Linux. Because a Windows like UI will just make them miss Windows.
One thing Linux needs to do is change the perception of how hard everything is compared to Windows. Some things are extremely less difficult on Linux.
Corporate Greed ruining everything and MS having no real direction.
PC gamers with the W for not folding to bad choices. More gamers need to do this.
They want free prison labor instead of helping people. All programs that gave people shelter and UBI had high success rates of getting people off the streets. If you give people resources and real help. They can be housed, it isn’t unsolvable at all.
Fixing Grub issues when I was first starting out.
I have to use Windows for work, so this is how I got it setup and MS still makes it difficult with updates lol.
There extremely fragile men who lash out when violently when they get rejected or lose. I remember reading a case about a girl who lost her left because she beat a guy in a game of basketball. Rejection happens just move on.
People don’t understand how time-consuming and hard it can be to even get food stamps depending on where you are. I worked at my state’s dept of Food Stamps. The lines were always busy because so many people are struggling, then you add on work requirements and other nonsense people continue to struggle.
I haven’t had any real issues with Flatpaks outside of them not following my GTK theme which I fixed with Flatseal.
I love me some cheap hardware to put Linux on it. It is a good feeling, plus less ewaste.
The site is great.
Mr Rogers was a good man. I wish we had someone to continue what he wanted to children to learn. We really need more empathy.
Damn I really wanted to play the FPS.
This is going to be really fun. I used to love playing these games. I heard it should have crossplay also.
I need to get this. It looks great.
Lemmy W. I hope more people join.
