Which oof sure, being a housespouse is often way harder and more responsibility than people would think (even the ones who benefit from it) … but damn being a housewife in the 50s? You know how much harder it was to cook back then?! Do laundry or vacuum or probably literally any household chore is so much easier and faster than today. Hell, even taking out the trash is easier not having to drag Oscar’s heavy ass house to the curb.

Okay so as a person who can be very social, talkative, and genuinely enjoys interactions with people.

I am first an introvert. And that means there is a very decent chance any social outings can suddenly sound like a dreadful experience regardless of the company because you just do not have it in you to be interesting to them or interested in them. You just wake up and are like… nah, not happening. Sure you made a commitment and will push through but that is why we are delighted when the event itself is canceled and we don’t have to force ourselves or make an excuse.

I literally read all day, this would be fantastic. Books. Visual media has subtitles and usually is something I’m gonna Google further while watching/playing. I mostly consume text based social media and news.

Duuude shoutout to art history! It is a seriously cool subject and I’m so glad I took it in college because of fascinating facts like this, that don’t really ultimately matter but when you learn about it you suddenly see it and it’s like learning a new language almost. Another weird class I took was opera, like reading, listening to, discussing opera. I did not know how impactuful the Mikado was on popular culture but even the simsons have done it TWICE

Good to know! Any recommendations of where I could post? I’m trying to update an old 2013 Mac so it can play robox and minecraft. I have a portable HDD to work with as well. And Mac is pretty damn foreign to me and it’s so old. But damn for 10 years old it’s fantastic and most of the specs were better than modern macs (dedicated graphics card for one)

So if you have a child or friend that speaks like that, it is a red flag to pay closer attention to the people they build relationships with and their behavior. I’m not talking about protecting kids from drugs and sex, I mean protect them predators and abuse.
