Just don’t use a VPN when creating an account, since reddit will likely flag the account as a bot/spammer.
You can and should use a VPN normally after you’ve created the account. Might be smart to wait a week or so after making the account to start using it on your personal devices though, just to seem less suspicious. Also, make sure you have MAC address randomization and no stored cookies if using the account on the same devices that you used with your banned account.
Go to a library, create an account on the public computer there with whatever email works. Creating accounts on VPNs with non-mainstream email addresses draws suspicion.

Saw some good engineering textbooks on there too. Great job.
A few years ago at the place I used to work, a former spacex employee who worked closely with Musk had mentioned this same story. Crazy that he had to convince his boss that no, it is highly unlikely that somebody shot at your rocket (at least at the time).
For an everyday use laptop/tablet, I’d also like to know. PostmarketOS is a good bet for switching Surfaces to Linux, but not all of the hardware features are working yet.
What you ask for is impossible to prove, let alone test, without a rigorous definition of “insightful” or “accurate”.
I really like heliboard. It works without network permissions, has autocorrect, and can do emojis
It’ll be interesting to find out if this research got IRB approval prior to the study
Seems easy enough to preserve old development files long enough to outlast the companies that own the IP. Just gotta not touch them for a decade or two and then “accidentally” find them.
Its why the younger generation uses words like “Unalive”. They’re growing up on puritanical platforms that use automation to censor sensitive topics and they have to find creative ways to express themselves to get around the censorship.
Assuming that immortality only applies to humans, environmental destruction would be a big one.
People care more about pollution and climate change when they know they’ll be around to face the consequences.
At some point, the vetting process will end up being more time consuming than actively moderating the instance, it will still not be 100% effective.
They work well when being correct doesn’t matter
