The snake and songbirds one? Not an IMDB top 10 movie, but not bad at all, in my opinion.
Ubuntu users fight Canonical all the time too.
there are things that Android always tunnels through a VPN
Things that are NOT tunneled through the VPN, you mean.
A VPN is colloquially called a tunnel, so saying something “tunnels through” would mean that it does go through the VPN connection.
Really cool project, even though it has its flaws. Be prepared to search the documentation and update the configuration via the command line, as there’s no settings page in the web interface.
I had some trouble with it throwing a fatal error on URLs longer than the max filename length on my filesystem, but the author has been very responsive on GitHub. I replied to a 3-4 year old closed issue and the author opened it again and tried implementing a new fix in the dev version. I’m encountering another issue with using the dev version in my setup right now, but I think that’s being worked on.
What exactly does this mean for everyday Linux usage?
My G700 just started having double click issues recently, after almost 12 years of heavy use. Debated disassembling it and replacing the switch, but it’s so worn out, especially the scroll wheel, that I decided to search for a replacement mouse instead, as I couldn’t find any new G700 or G700S in stores any more.
I really wanted a mouse with plenty of side buttons, so I replaced it with a Razer Naga V2 Pro with the 6-button side panel, which I really like so far (I was skeptical at first). Only thing I really miss is the Logitech “Infinite Scroll” zero friction scrolling.
I seem to remember that when O.B. talks to Mobius in the control room he says something like “and then your skin will peel away and you’ll die” Mobius absentmindedly writes “Skin?” in the dust, so that’s why it’s there. Could be misremembering though.
Shamelessly stolen joke. Here’s the original tweet, which I think is much better too: https://twitter.com/0xAsync/status/1607541407937339392
Or for those who don’t want to visit Twitter:
Just to be clear, Bitwarden could autofill before, even automatically (if you are daring), it just didn’t have an inline button in the form fields that you could click on. That’s what they’ve added now.
By the way, you can still buy the old licenses, which will be grandfathered in, and they will keep the old license upgrade paths too (Basic -> Plus -> Pro), so now may be a good time to grab a Basic license if you think you might want a lifetime Basic, Plus or Pro license in the future.
Probably meant defect.
There’s a bunch of different ways you can customize it.
EDIT: Oh and there are of course addons and themes too
cropped title of the page
To be super pedantic (sorry), that depends on how they’ve customized their UI. You can define a larger minimum tab width, if you’d like. Almost everything in Firefox is customizable.
Some people in the comments here seem really hostile towards those who want to disable the feature, but I support your “right” to customize your Firefox exactly to your liking. I’m just happy that we can even do that.
Getting this feature is awesome, and being able to turn it off is also awesome.
Why report if a site breaks? It’s not illegal to have a broken website, as long as it still respects your choice.
I always find it annoying when an open source project doesn’t have any screenshots in the readme or on their website.
Of ultimate destiny
Like ==
but more strict. The ==
operator will do type conversion, so 0 == ''
will actually be true, as an example. Sometimes (honestly, most times) you may want to compare more strictly.
See this StackOverflow answer: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/359494/which-equals-operator-vs-should-be-used-in-javascript-comparisons
I rarely use that keyboard, but once in a while you just need to type something in a terminal or a remote desktop or something, and it really comes in handy then.
