  • Hey, I think I was (and almost very surely will be again) through something similar. Please do not listen to your intrusive thoughts. And please talk about them. I did not and the suicidal thoughts just got worse, even if I was sure I had them under control and could handle them.

    Apart from that, is there a way in which you can step back and reject some of your tasks, reduce your workload or just mind your health more? For me, otherwise than therapy, reducing small taks along with just minding myself did the Job. Stayed in a lot of weekends in a row and just let the world be. But I guess this is a very individual solution :)















  • Going on a run in the evening, when the weather is shit. Usually the streets are empty, I feel the rain on my face, the wind. I can catch glimpses of cozy people in front of their TV, or in their kitchen and imagine them to be happy about the fact that they are inside in this weather. I also get happy thinking about returning to my couch, after a run the couch seems to be extra comfy and the food better. But before that I speed up to max out my capacity and the feeling of being alive, by getting extra soaked through, cold and exhausted. It’s great.
