They also have things like spray-on dust to hide the fact they’ve been in a place.
New excuse for when someone complains about how I haven’t cleaned recently.

The first upgrade I ever made to a PC was having to get a sound card to run Morrowind.
Should have been lazy like me and just posted a picture of a duck. Lol
I thought your comments were interesting.
I can’t even see downvotes on here and I quite like it. If someone can’t be bothered to actually tell me why I’m wrong I don’t care much about their opinion anyway.
The point is to make an alternative product no one can own/ruin.
I’ve used this for years. Works great.
My old job I used to have a lot of days where I’d have meetings every half hour or often consecutively. It was impossible to actually get anything big done because I’d just always be organizing notes from the last one or prepping for the next one. I between it was all I could do to put out fires. It was insane.
But that requires a level of forethought and planning I’m simply not capable of.
I prefer to keep it locked in a cage and disable as much of it’s bullshit as I can
Yeah that was when I first heard of it. I researched it at the time and saw that it has been around for a long time but I had never heard of it before that and I’d consider myself to be pretty well read on history in general. Obviously enough people were aware of it to push for a holiday so maybe it’s just the part of the country I’m from it wasn’t celebrated much idk.
I’ve been working for 20+ years and I’d never heard of it until a couple years ago. I don’t have a problem with it, celebrating stuff is cool, but it does seem to have come out of nowhere when it became a political issue. Maybe it was a regional thing before that.
Yeah, One of the vendors I work with emailed me to let me know they’d be off that day and I had to look it up. It would have been the same if it was called abolition day or something like that but there’s something a little annoying about the fact that they made it halfway with putting the date in the name.
At my last job I got several thank you notes from people who were leaving for better positions. They credited my coaching them with their success. Most were pretty sharp on their own so I’m not so sure I contributed all that much but it was nice that they thought of me.
I watched it a bit growing up and never got racist vibes from it either. The Confederate flag just meant “the south” to me back then. I knew a lot of people with them on various knick knacks and articles of clothing that I never witnessed being racist either. I don’t think people put so much thought into it back then.
These days though, yeah if you’re still flying that flag you’re probably an asshole.
Take your medication.
I watched my grandfather die when they took him off life support. Also had a cat die in my arms. Cannot recommend either experience.
Damn, I could have done without reading that one.
That doesn’t resolve the issue. It just numbs you to it for a while.
Maybe if those invasive highly targeted ads were the least bit accurate I would buy some shit from them. Instead half the time I can’t find the product I want without wading through a sea of crap even when I give them a search with specific parameters.
