Yeah but they look cool. Incredibly painful but cool.
Also it’s kind of amusing to watch people struggling in high heels from the comfort of my cushioned, flat shoes. I’m a little mean :D
Noot noot!

My Darling princess goes crazy for coconut oil! We’re onto something, someone needs to manufacture coconut pouches, it’ll be less stinky than the fish or poultry pouches!
That’s exactly why I would not last 2 minutes in the wild. Both of those bellies need a good rubbing!
They’ve missed Wetwang in Yorkshire!
Oof I’m too much of a casual to install my own RAM on a laptop, I’m too scared to break something! As the other user commented, a good second hand laptop is probably better anyway.
Yeah also from a sustainability point of view that would be my preferred option. Thanks for the reminder that I don’t need new shiny things to be happy :D
I’m very new to Linux and a very casual user but I’m really loving it. I also can’t afford the existing Linux laptops, and I am on the market for a new machine. So yeah I’d buy a cheap laptop that ships with Linux. If it comes with a discount, that’s even better!
Fragrances UK for your perfume needs!
Ultimately it’ll depend on your cat. Get her to try various different things, and see what she likes. I am gradually replacing whiskas with Sainsbury’s own and it seems to work. For reference I also tried giving her Asda’s own but all the biscuits I slipped in got untouched.
Oooh no I’m so sorry, I know the feeling 😂
I didn’t dare browsing, I just checked they did indeed do cosmetics and checked they were not US based. Be strong!
Tbf I’m more of a nail polish and skincare person, I don’t really like make up. However I’ve heard Inglot nail polishes were good quality.
On the subject of companies that do nail products and cosmetics, Butter London is also a good one.
Probably not as high quality as MAC but decent and at a very good price point you have Catrice cosmetics and Essence. Don’t sleep on Eastern European brands like Eveline, they have a nice range of skincare products.
Overall I’d avoid giving more money to the so called luxury brands like Chanel and co. But I’m sure there will be some good, albeit expensive French brands out there.
So Blaze are you saying mapy is good? Because I have my thumb on the buy button ready to support the European movement.
Music to my ears but come on hermanos & irmãos a little more effort please
That is such a tiny list it doesn’t even scratch the surface. (But it is a good start!)
All I will say is while buying European is certainly much better than US brands, our glorious u/blaze posted recently about how LVMH bent the knee on DEI policies.
Therefore people please don’t give your money to those luxury brands! Buy dupes! I’ve created a UK perfume community, I’ll pin some good European dupes sellers.
Also, Tom Ford perfumes are insanely overhyped and overpriced. Vanilla Sex smells of cat pee!
Edit: didn’t realise you were the op Blaze, I’m a silly goose.
I mean to be fair, it’s not surprising. Luxury brands aren’t exactly notorious for their integrity, see Chanel, Balenciaga, Hugo Boss and ironically, Louis Vuitton’s involvement in WW2.
For those who’ll open this thread to look for general luggage not necessarily made in Europe, IT Luggage is decent (I have 3 suitcases from like 2018 that went through about a dozen short flights and 2 long haul ones). UK-based company and most likely made in China.
My husband does, I think it’s really cool (disclosure: I may be a little biased). He buys random super 8 film canisters on eBay, scans them and uploads them on his channel.
