I like how it shows when the first and last person of each generation hits certain milestones.

However I’m not sure if the cutoff makes sense. If the first section is birth to 18, then the final could be retirement (or 60) to ‘death of the last person from that generation’. That would be more meaningful visually, and it would also show how many people from each generation were still alive at each point.

Since “first person to die” doesn’t make sense, it would need to be a straight line at whatever year is the last confirmed death

It’s infuriating

My guess is that it’s a simpler word that is more memorable and ‘biological’ sounding. So people are more likely to remember it over mutualism

I’d say that it only “becomes a meme” once it’s being shared around with small modifications, but when you see a comic for the first time then you might not know if that has happened already or not?

Oh interesting, I didn’t know it was mostly unmoderated. I would have preferred to post there, and posts there do get a lot of discussion, but lack of moderation is a problem.

Maybe they would be willing to let some more active users here keep an eye on the community? Otherwise I’ll use whichever other privacy community we decide to go with
