The classic D-A-G-A or G-D-Em-C progression. Lots of songs use that chord configuration, and they are relatively easy to play (except maybe the G chord if you are a total beginner).
I’m imagining cars like Framework laptops and you can install an open source OS of your own choice to operate it.
They were probably also alluding to the long term effects it had on likely the people who are still the most influential age group still running the world.
This is what I hate with sunscreen. It’s so hard to wash off and the smell lingers. I just avoid the sun instead. lol
Unless they ask you for your reddit/lemmy account during the background check process and you willingly give it, I imagine they only go as far as checking social media accounts that are searchable with your known names, email addresses, and phone numbers on the major social media platforms. That’s if you keep your lemmy account relatively anonymous of course.
How dare you doubt our lord and savior Sunaurus.
They ride on T-Mobile’s network, so they have lower priority. Also, support is terrible and almost non-existent. I use Mint myself and it’s been ok. It’s great until you run into an issue, and it can be hell to get it resolved. If it works though, you should be fine, that’s why you should always use the trial sim first so you can test for 7 days if it works on your phone and if you have good reception in the places you’re usually at.
Arch was stable for me in the 5-6 years I used it (I’ve moved on to other distros since). The only issues I really had were grub and display related problems that were fixable in less than an hour. As another comment said, a quick search will instantly show you someone who already had the same issue and how it was resolved.
Cool! I might join as this is another avenue to get my music out to more audiences, but I agree with the other comment, not discord please.
Can I post my own officially published music there?
I haven’t been around much, but Prague was so beautiful.
Same. I’m admittedly mostly a freeloader right now but this definitely will convince me to buy in.
Honestly don’t know. In grade school we had a classmate who was always at the top of our entire batch. As expected she graduated as valedictorian. We all took the entrance exam for one of the coveted high schools and surprisingly she didn’t pass…and I got in lol. She kinda faded away after that. She’s probably fine though, just didn’t meet expectations going into high school.
Does the fame require me to work and have public appearances (i.e. celebrity/actor/etc.), or can I be just a rich famous person without it? If it’s the latter, I’d take it. Be rich and famous but will fuck off somewhere on a private residence (gated mansion or island) and just live normally like I do now. Then if I want to travel or watch a concert, being rich gets you privileges like VIP entry where you can avoid the hassle of crowds.
On mobile, forcing browsers to only be designed as re-skins of Safari. I would like an actual Firefox mobile browser that you can use uBO with. Right now Orion can do that somewhat, but it’s not polished.
Welp, restarted my laptop and I’m off the testing list so can’t replicate (unless I turn off uBO of course). But thanks, this will be handy if it happens again.
Crap I just opened youtube today and it looks like I was chosen. The ads load like normal videos and it sucks. My brain actually glitched for a couple of seconds when I opened a video because I wasn’t used to seeing an ad. I dunno if there’s any chance uBO can even counter this.
Because most low birth-rate countries are first-world countries, and they generally want to only accept people who can contribute to their society and not be freeloaders to the social system. This means they need to filter out the people that come in, and being first-world countries, there is no shortage of people trying to get in. Sometimes they want low-skill, not-highly educated people just for the cheap labor, but not the person actually staying permanently, hence temporary worker visas. If a foreigner really wants to stay permanently, they then need to ensure that you are educated, able to support yourself long term, do background security checks, and make sure you agree to integrate as you mentioned in the OP.
