There is no general answer because by default, the majority wins.
For education, I would focus on a small number of communities and pool all resources to figure out what works.
Then use the desire of other communities for the hopefully existing improvements to spread the system.

People only want to hear about their own problem. If you address all problems you repell everybody because nobody can stand listening to all of them, apart from an insignificant few voters.

India has shown that access can be provided to almost anybody. Not every country has the same access which I ignored because the topic is the future.
Then rent is also twice as expensive as needed.
The supply has to increase. Since politicians won’t organize public housing, renters could organize it on their own.
The future looks less bleak if the goal is not to live the life of that generation. There is AI, there are mobile phones, there is solar power and many more things.
When things are expensive, it means that few resources are used. This is good for the environment.
The big difference is that communication is free. We can talk to almost anybody in the world. This is still a huge untapped potential. That generation had a good life, but ours can be better.

You are not wrong that I should read a book on epistemology. But why do you ask me how science can create knowledge? If you have read those books yourself, you should know.
As you noted, I rephrased your words. We are not talking about my axioms. It doesn’t make sense to define tainted if that is not what you mean.
Still, your point seems to be that definition of words require history. You can have that form of history. The context is just that history is rewritten and I argue that that can be compensated with science.
Enlighten me. Science can always be recreated. Which knowledge is needed from history that cannot be created in a scientific way?
Science was created for a time when knowledge was insecure because it was tainted with superstition.

Conspiracy theories are an outlet. People need a reason for why society is not as good as they feel it could be.
Most people blame the other political party. But that doesn’t work for everybody. The mind keeps looking until it finds a reason, and then it fades out all arguments that oppose it.
We laugh about conspiracy theorists, but most have the same mindset, just with socially acceptable topics.
