I can’t say how using 2 ZBT-1’s at the same time will work out but I can say they work great for Thread/Matter.
There shouldn’t be an issue getting both up running as long as you know which ZBT-1 is assigned to which port.

Oh, I’m not shitting on Valve or anything. Just explaining how they could be called a casino.
Loot boxes are effectively gambling as there is no guarantee on what you’ll get. People in general can get addicted to the rush of getting that rare item the first time (which is usually what happens with a first open to get you hooked) and then either buy more loot boxes or the keys to open them.
Heroic Games Launcher and/or Lutris are what you’re looking for on Linux.
With HGL it’s simply login and install GOG, Epic Games and Amazon Games games like Steam games. No huge issues I’ve ever really run into.
But i do think about where the nearest xitter (shitter) is.
Only when it stops getting views. These and similar types of videos can garner views, which can then in turn garner money. If it’s a low-effort/high-reward scenario, why not try it?
I don’t like them anymore than you do cause they’re so predictable but it makes people laugh and thus want more. That 10 second dopamine rush is addictive.
🤣 working towards that goal tho!
Don’t disagree. Small wallet for front pocket is my go to. Just was saying “it makes sense”.
I’m crazy forgetful. I’d 100% break it in my back pocket lol
I agree. I was just stating “it makes sense”. Small wallet for the front pocket. Can’t always wear cargo lol
Wallet makes sense in the back pocket. It’s been kind of the default for generations so much it’s a comedic point in TV Shows and movies at times. They’re generally malleable and an easy place to grab, for better or worse.
Phone on the other hand, I don’t get either. They’re rigid and can break quite easily if sat on. 🤷♂️
Thanks for mentioning GalliumOS! I’ll be putting that on my SO’s old Chromebook now.
Highly disagree that Z-Wave is dead. There are many companies, especially Zooz, coming out with new products all the time. Yes, ZigBee is far cheaper but I’ve had the worst reliability issues with ZigBee and moved everything to Z-Wave. Zero issues with connectivity or batteries dying too fast.
But that’s the beauty and strength of HA. Openess and selection.
I bought a couple of these for around the house. https://a.co/d/5vjsVs3 Works very well but mostly at night.
Also to make sure you regularly do the dishes, take out trash and clean up any food sources for the flies. After using the above and doing the above, mine went from insanity to maybe 1 or 2 around the house in about a week or two.
Thanks for sharing! I’ll get that up and running once I’m home.
Awesome! Thanks so much!
I have a boat load of stuff thru nginx. Using nginx-proxymanager. Dunno if I need to add any special parameters for Jellyfin. Tailscale Funnel is working fine for now.
If you could share your settings for your nginx setup, that might help me.
If and when Jellyfin “needs” revenue, 100% agree. But with that post they’re saying they’re not worried about it, unlike FUTO/Immich.
Hopefully one day Jellyfin will be big enough and stable enough to warrant that kind of funnel.
Right now, I use TailScale funnel for Jellyfin. For some reason nginx just bogs it down too heavily.
My biggest question to FUTO/Immich is if they’re worried about a revenue stream, why not do something similar to Home Assistant? You never have to pay HASS a dime and never see anything to “shame” you. All you get is essentially a forwarding subdomain with some “easier” ways of doing cloud related things. There’s zero “shaming” or calls to pay. I pay HASS/Nabu Casa monthly cause I’m lazy and it makes my life easier. FUTO should consider doing something similar.
Home Assistant doesn’t require to pay for anything at any point in time for any reason. If you want to expose your instance to the web, they have all the documents on how to do it yourself. There’s absolutely nothing “hidden” behind a paywall. The only reason to say is if you want Nabu Casa to handle exposing your instance to the internet and various cloud services like Google Assistant/Alexa. The reason to pay Nabu Casa is if you don’t have the technical know how (or lazy like me) and to help fund Home Assistant (which I want).
That’s all to say that Plex and Home Assistant are not similar in their pay scheme. It’d be more akin if Jellyfin started charging users to allow a one click way to stream outside the home with no obligation to.
