    Graham, we used to have an empire that was complete naval. Wtf you thought?

      When I went to core school (mandatory for ages 6 through 15) swimming was a required subject. We swam in one of many tax funded swimming halls in the area.

      Edit: I’m from Sweden, same as Greta although a fair bit older
