This is obviously a deepfake if I ever seen one: if this is a really a visitor centre, then why isn’t it located in the centre of the crater?
On the internet, nobody knows you are Australian.

To tell you the truth, I don’t know who I am either. Somebody sincere, perhaps.
But if you ever read this one day, I hope that you are as proud of me, as I am of the person I imagined you to be.

Some of us are 30 year old women, than you very much.
That’s the reason most big name actors have their own production companies to work on their own movies, you have way more control over your own role compared to being just another actor on set.
In any case, I think the audience still recognize great performances by individual actors even if the end product is badly reviewed or didn’t do well at the box office, and there are lessons to be learned from the “Suicide Squad” and “Amsterdam” and “Babylon” until you finally get a “Barbie” against all expectations.
I hope he finds his own “Barbie” too.
… Are they ripping off the “Suicide Squad” trailer?
That’s not exactly a promising sign for the game.
(Also, identity theft is not a joke, Bioware!)
It is clearly July 21st, as shown on the banner of this community.
I hope Bioware go back to their roots and take more inspiration from DA:O and BG3 instead of DA:I and go back to more tactical and less action-y gameplay. The overwhelming success of Baldur’s Gate 3 proves there is a market for traditional CRPG, especially coming from the the studio that made the first two Baldur’s Gate.
Also, less Ubisoft/Skyrim-esquelarge empty open world and more carefully crafted maps with emphasis on choices. DA:I wasn’t a bad game, but if Bioware releases another DA:I in 2024 it will definitely be compared unfavorably to Bg3.
From the link you provided.
Speaking with StyleCaster in a 2019 interview, Deschanel set the record straight once and for all, as many publications prior had mistakenly assigned blond as her birth hair color. “My hair has been the same color pretty much my whole life,” she told the outlet. “My hair is naturally dark brown. If you look at my family, my dad has dark brown hair. My mom has dark brown hair. My sister has brown hair. All signs point to brown hair.”
Actually, she’s a natural brunette.

“I had to dye my hair blonde for a screen test for a movie that never happened before I did Elf. And I went in for the meeting for Elf, and then I asked them, ‘Could I dye my hair back to my natural color?’” Deschanel says. “And they said, ‘No. You have to keep your hair what it was in the meeting.’ So I had to wait until I was done with that movie. But as soon as I was done with that movie, I pretty much dyed it back.”
OK, seriously, I thought I’ve spent enough free time on Lemmy telling you to watch Barbie here for some of you here to, you know, actually watch Barbie.
So let me be clear: it is ultimately the Barbies’ complete disregard for the Kens’ feelings that led to the Kens being poisoned by the idea of the Patriarchy and all the subsequent mess in Barbieland, so way ahead of you on 2, to reiterate, what the Kens did was wrong, but you have got to take a nuanced approach to these things.
Also, on 1, all I said was that unlike the meme I feel that bears are terrifying, and then some weirdo came out of the woodwork and got really angry and start talking over me and calling me a dumbass and I was making it all about me somehow. The irony was so palpable I was at a loss for words.
The Yu-Gi-Oh card in question:
It says “Hokkaido” on the can, so I’m guessing it’s a can of Japanese Coca-Cola?
Is calling me names really necessary?
Yeah, you just convinced me. DEFINITELY don’t want to get stuck in the woods with someone like you.
I think a lot of women really underestimate how terrifying it is to be actually stuck with a 300 kilo wild animal. Real bears are big, and fast, and really, really scary.
Watch this clip from the Eric Andre Show. One of the only time he broke character, there was genuine fear at the sight of the bear there.
Edit: Nevermind, I was undecided, but I think I’ll take my chances with the bear now.
This bit is way funnier when it’s a real person saying it instead of a bot.
It is as Benjamin Franklin once said: “Life is microplastics, it’s micro-fantastic.”
It’s definitely not a new issue, but it’s only gotten worse since reddit has gone more and more mainstream.
If you follow me on Lemmy since last year, you should know that I’ve always been extremely against having bots posting here.
That’s esteemed Academy Award nominated (and incredibly humble) character actress Margot Robbie to you!
Reposts has always been a major issue on reddit, there are an infamous moderator who would delete posts with traction and repost it himself for karma.
Using bots to duplicate comments on reposts is a new low though.
I, for one, can’t wait to have some of Applebee’s mouthwatering Bar Bees.
One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that in terms of marketing, reddit has a disproportionately high level of return in interaction relative to its size, while Twitter has traditionally had a low level of return relative to its size.
For some reason, comments on reddit has always been viewed as more trustworthy relative to other social media platform, despite reddit or’s general reputation for being confidently incorrect on many subjects.
There are certain people whose entire career was made by their reddit posts, yet, it was always odd to me that reddit never managed to effectively capitalize on this other than making their platform worse with every update.
Testing out this theory has been interesting.
