I’m alright, this is day 2 of my 4 days off. The waking up earlier than desired is the only frustrating thing going on in my life at the moment. Reactivating my Apple Music subscription is one of the best choices I made, as music has been soothing the waves of anxiety that I’ve faced; Listening to music while going to the store or on the way to work has helped me manage the constant background anxiety.
I’m tired. I think I’m emotionally burnt out.
