I think this is why I can see my abs when I look down but they don’t exist in pictures from the front. Either way I’m down like 70lbs and it’s not like I’m ripping my shirt off in public on the regular. My wife is like the only one who ever sees me shirtless and she appreciates my weightloss so that’s what matters most to me.
Also I’ve heard they’re usually lit from above when on camera, emphasizing muscle definition.
