Making any rails? Well we’re constructing a new high speed rail connection, (although downsized) and we’re maintaining the existing network.
As far as the PM, he has a policy of nationalising the railways. Apart from that I don’t think he’s really taken any position on public Vs private transport.
Well, i always wish for more trains.
